Paymannen is a Swedish photographer focusing on street portraits and documentary. He has shared the cover of Leica Photogafie International alongside Mary Ellen Mark, been promoted by Fotografiska, Museum of Photography and been awarded gold at Paris Street photo festival. Hazheer has also been on the Jury of international photo contests, such as Istanbul Street Photo Festival and Gothenburg Street Photo Festival.
